I.B.M. Jam on March 19

The Magic Jam is sold out! If you’re already registered, we look forward to seeing you on Saturday, March 19, at The Lyceum (201 S. Washington St., Alexandria, VA 22314). Please arrive between 10:00 and 10:45 a.m. to check in. Dealers will open at 10:45 a.m., and the program will begin at 11:00 a.m. (See the full schedule below.) You will receive a $10 voucher for use at any dealer.

On-street parking is limited to two hours. If The Lyceum parking lot is full, park two blocks away in the Courthouse Square Garage (entrance at 111 S. Pitt St., Alexandria, VA 22314) for $5 for the day.

There are many great places for lunch within a few blocks of The Lyceum, but to maximize your time with the dealers you may wish to bring lunch or purchase pizza through Ring 50. All registered participants have received an email with a link to order pizza. A refrigerator and microwave are available if you’d like to bring your own lunch.

Please help keep each other safe by following the COVID-19 rules for this event:

1) You must show proof of full vaccination when you enter the building. This means you’ve received at least one dose of Johnson & Johnson or at least two doses of Pfizer or Moderna, and your most recent dose (other than a third dose or booster) was at least two weeks ago. You can bring the CDC or pharmacy vaccination card you received from your vaccination provider, or find your vaccination record online for DC, Maryland, or Virginia.

2) You must wear a mask over your nose and mouth at all times while inside the building, unless you are on stage. Masks with valves are not permitted.

3) Chairs will be spread out as much as possible to encourage social distancing. Please do not move the chairs unless it’s to sit with someone you live with.

2:15-3:10 – Ken Scott Show and Lecture
3:10-3:30 – Break and Dealers Open
3:30-4:25 – Chad Long Show and Lecture
4:25-5:00 – Break and Dealers Open
5:00-5:55 – Keith and Sarah Fields Show and Lecture
5:55-7:00 – Dealers Open
7:00-8:00 – Dealers Closed; Clean-Up and Vacate
